This is a non-static interior type filtration system with a microprocessor based reverse jet pulse system used to maintain a set static air pressure. This unit does not utilize an electrostatic dust collection process. The filters are spun bond polyester filters with a fine particle secondary filter as a precaution in case of a poly filter failure. Filter cartridges are washable or can be replaced with other filters more customized for the particulates in the air. The system has been in use since 2002 without any need for maintenance or filter changes. The reverse jet pulse system and filters are designed to release the particulates and eliminate maintenance. Dust Collector is being pulled from service due to company closure. The system was used until recent closure; seller stated it has no issues.
